UETS stands for Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi, which translates to the National Electronic Notification System. Fortunately, registering for a UETS account is a straightforward process with two convenient options available — either in person at a PTT branch or online through your e-Devlet account.


Option One Getting Your UETS Account at a PTT Branch


This method is ideal if you do not have an e-Devlet account or prefer personal assistance.

  1. Visit the Nearest PTT Branch: Locate and visit the closest PTT office in your area.

  2. Bring Required Documents: Carry your passport and valid residence permit card with you.

  3. Request UETS Registration: Inform the PTT officer that you wish to register for a UETS account.

  4. Receive Your UETS Account Details: The officer will complete your registration and provide a printed document with your UETS account information. If you already have an active e-Devlet account, this option is quick and convenient.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Official UETS Registration Website: Visit https://basvuru.etebligat.gov.tr. and click on “GERÇEK KİŞİ ALICI”

  2. Select e-Devlet: Click the “E-DEVLET” button on the homepage to proceed with online registration.

  3. Log in to Your e-Devlet Account:

    • Enter your Yabancı Kimlik No (Foreign ID Number) in the T.C. Kimlik No field.

    • Input your e-Devlet password in the password field.

    • Click “Giriş Yap” to log in.

  4. Complete the Registration: Follow the remaining instructions on the screen to finalize your UETS account creation.

  5. Print Confirmation Document: Download and print the confirmation document. This must be included in your residence permit renewal application file. Important Tips for a Smooth Process
